COMMUNITY ARTS

BACKGROUND

Started in 1973, Young Arts provided exciting opportunities for children and young people to expand their horizons through their involvement in creative arts activities, supported by The Arts Society. These activities have become more inclusive over time and are now part of a wider Community Arts initiative.  New initiatives are funded to help young people develop an interest in the arts.

It is with great thanks that Vivien Styles and Clare Baines, the Young Arts Co-ordinators at The Arts Society Corinium, would like to thank all the wonderful financial support the Young Arts programme receives from Arts Society members at their monthly meetings. Without such support, we would not be able to fund children’s art projects locally.
